About the event
Join us for an evening of hands-on fun, delicious wine, and the art of building the perfect cheese and charcuterie board!
Led by Roslyn Grocery Chef Lacy Bender, this interactive class will take you through the ins and outs of creating beautiful, balanced boards using pairings you can easily pick up right here at Roslyn Grocery.
We’ll be pouring GARD Estate Wines including 2025 Freyja, 2025 Franc Blanc, 2021 The Don Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2021 Boneyard Syrah. These 100% estate-grown wines are especially delicious alongside cheese boards, with Rhône-style influences and plenty of fun, expressive characteristics.
You’ll learn how to balance flavors, textures, colors, and complementary ingredients while building your own charcuterie board, then sit back, pour another glass, and enjoy the pairings you’ve created.
Come hungry, come curious, and come ready to discover how much fun wine and cheese can be!
