Welcome to an unforgettable evening of wine, charcuterie, and creativity!
Join us for a hands-on Wine & Charcuterie Experience featuring a selection of wines from Tirridis House. Throughout the class, you’ll enjoy Tirridis House Rosé, House Gris, Barrel Fermented Blanc de Blanc, and the delightful sweetness of Doux.
But this experience is about more than just tasting wine! Under the guidance of Roslyn Grocery Chef Lacy Bender, you’ll learn how to build and style your own beautiful charcuterie board. From selecting complementary cheeses and cured meats to adding fruits, nuts, spreads, and other delicious accompaniments, Chef Lacy will share tips and techniques to help you create a board that is as visually stunning as it is delicious.
As we sip, snack, and create, we’ll explore how different flavors and textures work together and discover thoughtful wine and charcuterie pairings along the way.
